The term “sustainability” on the environmental aspects still has not been a universally accepted definition notwithstanding that it is often considered to be an oxymoron of development. A commonly accepted concept of “sustainability” or “sustainable development” is that it requires the reconciliation / balance of or interaction between the economy, society and environment.

Corporate sustainability is a must for being successful in today’s business environment and gaining social acceptance, it is the business approach and practice to create a long-term “green” and ethical strategy to pursuit sustainability in a corporate level and it means much more than the term “corporate social responsibility” and “corporate citizenship”.
